Acceptable Use

All compounds catalogued by Biogenetic Research Labs Ltd are for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use.
This policy applies to everyone who uses this site. Breaching it may result in cancelled orders, a closed account, and a report to the relevant authority.
You must not
- Use any compound outside in-vitro laboratory research.
- Administer any compound to a person or an animal, or pass it to anyone who intends to.
- Resell, repackage, relabel or redistribute a compound for human or veterinary use, or describe it as suitable for such use.
- Present a compound as a medicine, supplement, cosmetic or food, or make a medicinal claim about it.
- Give a false age or research-use confirmation.
- Give a false delivery address, or use a forwarding service, to circumvent a destination restriction.
- Ask us for preparation, quantity or administration guidance.
- Use our brand, product photography, analytical documents or Certificates of Analysis to market goods that are not ours.
Technical conduct
Do not scrape, crawl at a rate that degrades the service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, probe or test the security of the site, upload malicious code, or use the site to send unsolicited messages.
What we do about breaches
Depending on severity we may cancel an order, refuse future orders, suspend or close an account, retain evidence, and report the matter to the MHRA, Trading Standards, Border Force or the police. Where we cancel an order for a breach we refund the price of goods not yet dispatched.
