Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch within to be confirmed before launch working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Before dispatch we confirm the batch allocated to your order and link its Certificate of Analysis to your order record.

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

We do not claim that compounds are synthesised or manufactured in the United Kingdom. Dispatch is from the UK; origin of manufacture is stated per compound where we hold it.

Every order is sent tracked. A tracking reference is emailed at dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, other than the 30 day statutory maximum in section 28 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Charges are calculated by weight, service and destination, and are shown in full at checkout before you place the order. No charge is added after checkout. Free delivery thresholds, where offered, are stated at checkout.

• Compounds are dispatched in to be confirmed before launch.
• Temperature-controlled dispatch is used where the compound requires it, as stated on the compound’s page.
• Outer packaging is plain and carries no compound name.
• Inner packaging carries the compound name, presentation, batch number and the research-use-only marking.

If delivery fails because the address given was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody was available across the carrier’s attempts, and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the price of the goods less the outbound delivery cost and any return cost charged to us. Where a compound has left temperature control it cannot be returned to the catalogue and cannot be refunded.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, or within 7 days of the expected delivery date where the parcel has not arrived, at hello@protocolpeptides.co.uk. Where you are a consumer, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you, and a lost or damaged parcel is replaced or refunded in full.

Compounds are dispatched for in-vitro laboratory research only. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use. It is the research user’s responsibility to store, handle and dispose of them safely on arrival, and to meet the duties under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 or the equivalent local regime.
